Guided Public Walks

Join fellow members of the community on a guided walk in the forest to help you slow down, tune into your senses and discover the mysteries of nature.  Groups are capped at 10  to maintain a more intimate and tranquil experience.  The walk is 2-3 hours in length with a minimum registration of 3 individuals.

Guided Individual Walks

Join your guide for a one-on-one walk in the forest.  You will be offered sensory invitations that will allow you to explore your inner intuition, help you slow down, and experience what nature is waiting to share with you.  

Private Group Walks

Do you have a life moment coming up and want to bring a group or partner together to commemorate it in a unique way? Allow your guide  to take you through a series of invitations that can bring the group whats needed before or after the special moment.

Half Day Retreats

Join your guide for a day of self discovery.  We begin with a yoga practice immersed in nature amongst the trees.  We'll take a short break to enjoy a snack and then move into a 2-3 hour guided forest therapy walk.  We end the day with a guided meditation and journaling session.
